Culina is a full service deli offering freshly prepared food to go for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Culina is committed to always using fresh, local and sustainable ingredients. Our produce is purchased here in Alameda fresh each day, from either Alameda Natural Grocery or The Alameda Point Collaborative Community Garden. Our sandwich breads come from Metropolis Bakery in Berkeley, and our meats are always hormone and antibiotic free. We are committed to the environment by using only biodegradable and/or recyclable packing. Local chefs work in our kitchen each day to produce unique and delicious handmade food. We are committed to offering vegetarian and vegan items as part of our regular menu.
