Afternoon Tea with Tea Pairing

Enjoy the excitement of our Bon Appeti-Events where we pair different cuisines with our Exotic Fusion Teas.You’ll find the right tea paired with the right food can enhance the flavor of both; and understanding the basic principles of tea and food pairing can help elevate your tea drinking experience and bring out the best flavors in your favorite dishes.

Enjoy eating our delectable savory bites, dainty tarts, clotted cream and flaky pastries from a traditional tiered High Tea food tower. While being served, you’ll learn about the art of tea pairing and global tea service traditions while your palate undergoes a harmonious experience.

Elegantly appointed china and table linens have been carefully curated by Marlene Quan, owner of Sips Global Teas and Smooth Jazz adds a relaxing feeling to our Zen-like atmosphere.

Feel free to browse around the tea shop and sample additional teas from our comprehensive tea selection of 50+ teas from Africa, Asia and South America.

Class size is up to six people.

Workshop Duration is 2.0 hours.
